Egg Roast

Ingredients:

  1. Egg- 6 Boiled 
  2. Onions-3
  3. Chili Powder- 11/2 Table spoon
  4. Coriander Powder- 3 Table Spoon
  5. Turmeric


    Powder- 1/2Tsp
  6. Vinegar- 11/2 Tsp
  7. Oil- 3 Table Spoon
  8. Thick Coconut Milk Powder- 1/4 Cup
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Curry Leaves

Method:

  • Add oil into a pan.Once it gets hot add eggs into it and stir it for 5 min and keep it aside.
  • Add onions to this oil ,stir it till it becomes lightly brown
  • When onions are brown ,lower the flame and add turmeric,chili,and coriander powder.
  • Once the raw smell of the masala goes away ,add eggs into it .Add the thick coconut milk and salt into the pan.Let it boil and wait till it becomes thick .Do stir continuously.
  • When its thick enough and oil starts to come out,add vinegar and curry leaves into it.
